At Luxe Hire, we offer a delivery service on all our products within Sydney.

The delivery fee varies depending on your location and amount of equipment that needs to be delivered, access to the location and timings.

Our delivery service hours are between 8am – 4pm, 7 days a week. We can deliver outside these hours at an additional fee.

Our operational team delivers all hire equipment in a neat pile at ground level in one location. Additional charges may apply to the following:

• Furniture to be taken beyond the ground level of a building
• The location is more than 20 metres from where our vehicle can park (example – in shopping centres way from loading docks, parks and reserves
• If your hire items need to go up levels via stairs, escalators, lifts or ramps-
• Delivery or collections outside our normal operations of delivery 8am – 4pm
• A specific time of delivery – as we deliver within a 4-hour time window
• If you require a large quantity of furniture which required us to roster additional crew

If the above information is not given at the time of booking, our team may refuse to deliver the equipment or extra charges may applied to your credit card given at the time of booking.
